This project was focused on the creation of a new landscaped terrace, swimming pool and attached garage. The existing house sat in isolation from outdoor areas with a distant disconnected garage on the primary street frontage.
The project successfully connects the house to a new elevated garden and attached garage fully utilising all areas of the large sloping site. An existing lower street front garage was also modernised combined with a new entry resulting in a cohesive experience from entry to house and garden.
